Adilet Nazarbayev, General Director of Johnson & Johnson Kazakhstan LLP, was elected to the Board of Directors of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in Kazakhstan. AmCham is a leading business association representing the interests of major companies from the United States, Europe and Asia. By actively developing partnerships between member companies and the government, AmCham Kazakhstan helps strengthen trade and economic ties between Kazakhstan and the global community and unites more than 200 members.

Adilet joined Janssen, the pharmaceutical products division of Johnson & Johnson LLC, in 2005, beginning his career as a sales representative. During these years of service, he held key positions on the sales and market access teams. In 2014, Adilet took up the position of Janssen Head of Kazakhstan, from 2019 he was promoted to Head of Business Development for CIS and Ukraine, responsible for the strategic development of the company in the countries of the region. In 2019, he received the “Excellence in Healthcare” (“Денсаулық сақтау ісінің үздігі”) comme ndation from the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan for his contribution to public health and active participation in improving the country's healthcare system. In January 2021 Adilet took the position of Janssen CIS Country Director and from the beginning of 2024 he became the head of an independent local legal entity Johnson & Johnson Kazakhstan LLP. For several years Adilet has been actively engaged in AmCham’s work in Kazakhstan. He is leading the AmCham Intellectual Property Rights (Pharmaceuticals) Working Group, which meets regularly with the Health Minister and Deputy Minister.
